	EIHWAZ: EIHWAZ represents the yew tree, and has powerful associations with protection. It indicates that you have set your sites on a reasonable goal, well within your power to achieve. There may be a slight delay in achieving this goal, but do not be overeager to move onward. A delay can sometimes prove to be benificial. No matter how bad things seem, things will turn for the better. Only through forsight, perseverance, and right action can troubles be avoided. Sometimes EIHWAZ will indicate the solving of a matter that has been hidden for quite some time.
	PERDHRO: PERDHRO is a mystery Rune. It deals with things hidden and secrets. Also it is a Rune of occult abilites. Something that has been hidden is about to come to light. This something is usually positive, but can also indicate a secret that you have tried to keep to yourself. It is also a Rune of unexpected gains and surprises. This could be in the form of unearned money or a gift. It may also fortell of an illness of some sort that is not responsive to regular treatment. Look for a more unorthodox method to find the cure. Also, it may indicate an intuitive or occult ability that may need to be called upon to help through a difficult time. *Reversed:* PERDHRO Reversed tells that things might not turn out as you had hoped. Don't expect too much at this time. This Rune tells of unpleasant surprises and secrets. It may mean that any dark secrets you have been hiding are about to come out. It will often tell of a disappointment by another. Do not loan or invest money at this time, especially with a friend. Sometimes it can indicate a period of unwise experimentation of occult forces, getting more that you had bargained for.
	EOLH: EOLH indicates a fortunate new influence coming into your life. This could be a new career opportunity, a course of study, or a new friendship. It is a strong Rune of protection, and indicates that you will be protected from misfortune at this time. If harm does head your way, you will get a strong premonition that enables you to avoid whatever misfortune is headed your way. *Reversed:* Reversed, this Rune is a sign of vulnerability, and sacrifice with no personal gain. It indicates that you are being mislead by others. You may be a scapegoat for other people's failures. This Rune can show an offer that should be refused, or a person avoided. Or you may even be decieved, not by others, but by yourself. You may expect something for nothing, and can be easily conned at this time.
	SIGEL: SIGEL is one of the great Runes of victory. It virtually assures success. You will have great power to effect any changes in your life at this time. Any opposition can be easily over come, leaving time for relaxation. It may also warn you that you are becoming a workaholic, and need to take time to relax for a while. It is also a Rune of great health and vitality, and indicates that the person is concerned about their health. This Rune shows great powers of recovery from an illness.
	TIR: TIR is another great Rune of victory, showing success in any competition. It is a Rune of extreme motivation, and shows that you have the will to overcome all odds. It also often shows an increase in money or power, through your own abilities. TIR can also indicate a quick recovery from illness. *Reversed:* Reversed, this Rune signifies loss or lack of enthusiasm, failure in competition, and a lack of fidelity in love and friendship. It may show that you are inclined to give up in the face of difficulty, and that you most likely will not put forth much effort on your behalf. You expect things to just drop into your lap, and it doesn't, you give up.
	BEORC: This is a fertility Rune, representing birth and family. It often represents your mother or your children, and indicates joy entering into your family. It also shows your true home, the "home is where your heart is," which may be different than where you are living now. It indicates that you should go into projects with care and awareness, and suggests that plans in the works should be started right away. For people who have tried to have children with no luck, this Rune indicates eventual success. *Reversed:* Reversed, this Rune usually indicates family and domestic problems. There is much friction between you and your loved ones. This Rune can indicate an unfortunate family situation, or fortell the reciept of some bad news about a family member. In business matters, it may indicate that any venture stated now will fall through, but these plans could be accomplished successfully at a later time.
	EHWAZ: EHWAZ is a Rune of physical movement, shifts, or new dwelling places. It's main significance is a change, but usually a change for the better, and a planned one. It stands for gradual change and steady progress. It suggests that whatever the question, you are taking on the problem with the right mindset and are close to success. *Reversed:* EHWAZ is the one Rune that does not immediately take on a negative tone when reversed. It can even mean the same thing as it does in the upright position. Sometimes it will indicate a long journey, which may be temporary, perhaps for pleasure. However, sometimes it may counsel to hold fast and not impliment any changes at this time. Be sure that what you are doing, or not doing, is timely.
	MANNAZ: MANNAZ is the Rune of humankind, of interdependence, and you may expect to receive some sort of aide in the problem at hand. This is the time to seek out good advice, and gain a positive, more progressive attitude. It may also indicate that this is the time to remain modest, to not take credit for any accomplishments. *Reversed:* MANNAZ Reversed indicates that you can expect no help from anyone at this time regarding your situation. It also indicates that you will run into much opposition in any plans you have at this time. It can also indicate that you are your own worst enemy. It is a good indicator of selfishness, and idicate that this is the root of your problem. Try seeing things from someone else's point of view. It can also indicate a place or way of life that is foreign to you, that you may find very attractive.
	LAGAZ: LAGAZ is a Rune of intuitive knowledge, and tells you that you should follow your intuitions closely at this time. Sometimes it can indicate definite psychic abilities, or that you are being guided and protected by a higher source. You will not usually be aware of this guidance. For those not naturally psychic, it can indicate an event or dream regarding a potentially bad situation. Success lies in how well you follow your inner voice. This Rune indicates a good memory and success in learning. *Reversed:* This indicates that you are or will be mislead by your intuitions into taking on a task that you cannot accomplish. It temps you to do the wrong thing and take the easy way out, which will only lead to misfortune. This Rune usually speaks against a "wait and see" method. You should take action immediately to get out of a bad situation. It can often indicate a failure to use the wisdom of your instincts.
	ING: ING is almost always positve. It indicates that the force is within you to complete any prjects. It shows a successful conclusion to the problem at hand. It also represents the relief that comes from a successful accomplishment. It can also merely indicate a mind free from anxiety. It can signal a major event in your life, such as a birth, a new job, or new love. It marks the end of an old life and the beginning of a new, more exciting one. You can be assured of good fortune.
	DAEG: DAEG represents increase and growth. A major period of prosperity is often fortold by this Rune. It has no negative aspects. The growth indicated by this Rune is slow but steady, instead of overnight success. As changes are happening, you may not notice them. Then one day you will wake up and things will be much brighter. DAEG has a lot to do with your attitude. It suggest that having a good attitude will help out your problems greatly. Sometimes DAEG will indicate a major change in your life, something so great that you will never live your life the same way again. Sometimes it suggests that you must make the best of a situation that you have no control over, that things will be much better when it is done. It can show a new way of life or thinking, including a religious enlightenment.
	OTHEL: OTHEL represents possessions, usually the things that money can buy, like buildings and land. This can also be an inheritance of some form, like a trust. Sometimes it can indicate a tightwad or materialist, other times it can indicate a hard worker, who wants to work long and hard to fulfill wants. Often it indicates someone engrossed in an ideal or vision, possibly inspired by the past. It also suggests help from older people or good friends in the problem at hand. *Reversed:* This Rune shows delay and frustration. It can indicate dificulties due to trying to progress too fast. Continuing on too fast can cause a bad result in the relationship or problem at hand. It can also tell you that success is still possible, but a bit farther than you would like at this time. It represents the person standing on their own two feet. Do not expect any financial help at this time from anyone. It often tells you that trying to "buck the system," will do no good.
